Not having talked to many people yet, I don't want to vote personally, as I don't even have a hunch as to who the mafia could be

I do think we should vote during the day. I've always thought this. Even if we hit a townie it's a start. And who knows? It could even give a hint as to who is mafia. But that's just my two cents.

I'm not afraid to answer this question anymore. Regardless of who we think is or isn't mafia, I feel a first day vote has its pros and cons. First, the first day players have nothing to go off of. This presents a problem for the town, not the mafia. Remember they know who everyone on their side is. Letting a day vote go allows both sides to save a member but in the end the town loses another at night regardless almost everytime. On the other hand taking the risk can essentially make or break a game. If a mafia member is found awesome if not it sucks. Being afraid to vote in risk of losing a townie I feel is no reason not to. I feel we should go based off how events play out when voting starts! Honestly it's to early to say what should we do. I say don't worry till the time comes. I believe the first day the town should discuss findings they feel could lead to a educated vote instead of "this person hasn't logged on or this person hasn't responded."that's how townies are lost. The faster the town comes together the better chance of not losing a townie and finding out who's mafia. Therefore I suggest a constructed group descussion of who we are voting for and why we feel the need to vote for them with out silly reasons when the time comes. No random number generator bullshit. Facts people. Thats what law is about. Proving someone did or did not do something. I stick behind my word 100%. That's what i think when I see this question. I'm not afraid to vote but give me a solid reason not to and ill back down. If not I'm taking the chance. This safe shit is boring me.
