WOOOO A victor has entered the building. I just finished reading all dead thread and i learned a hell of a lot. And thanks all for the support even though some of you were suspicious im glad i could bring justice to the town. Haha i wish kaneda survived too but it didnt work. And i wanna give a clap clap to raaaawry for the pm thing. You had kido eating out of your hands. I had faith in jordan though. It was a good and, now that ive seen this ,very close game. id like to thank rogue and tsukiko especially cause they were with me till the end.

And im glad i got to avenge you all. Especially you Kaneda. I was so upset that i could do nothing to save you. But Tsukiko took priority in my book. Sorry bro!!!!

I think we did well enough towards the end, though the beginning was a little spotty. One more misstep and we would have been fuuucked.

Marvi's right for the most part - you guys were definitely over-suspicous at the beginning, although a few mistakes could have been avoided with more bravery. Maybe this is just my personal play style, but I tend to enjoy putting more information on the actual game thread. For instance, Jiro I would have claimed Thor on the main thread right on the first day - with your bullet-proof status as "proof" of your role. Not only is that a piece of information that only Thor would know, it would have also probably forced the Mafia to try and kill you during the night to prove you right or wrong. Once proved right, you would have been the perfect "center" for the town right at the beginning.

Marvi, I'm gonna be honest - you played it perfectly the entire way. You went for the permanent inventions straight from the beginning, knowing that voting is much more spotty at the start of the game than at the ending. And I agree with you completely that you guys were close to losing almost 2 times.

Mafia, I was hoping one of the more experienced Mafia players would take advantage of how ambiguous the Town roles were. Whenever you notice a game in which Town roles are ambiguous it is the PERFECT time for you all to start claiming town roles and completely making up what that roles' special powers are. Not only will some suckers in the town believe you at your word (since they don't actually know what the roles' powers are), some really REALLY stupid players will actually confront you by PM telling you they don't believe you are that role because that role doesn't have those powers. BAM, that gets you who in the town you need to kill.

SOOOO, I've given you tactics to looks out forrrr. Very Happy

I really enjoyed my first game, I had the benefit of being personally close to Jiro and his enthusiasm.

I'm still learning a lot of things like how the number of mafia members only has to equal the number townies for mafia to win. I played the vast majority of the game thinking that there were only 3 mafia members. the town came SO close to defeat. Losing NF and BW so soon in the game was a devastating blow. The townie allegiance got its act together in the nick of time, we might not have survived one more fatal error.

I'm so excited for the next game!!

Well I didn't win, but that was a good game anyway. Leading the Mafia felt right from the start. I hope I'm still mafia next game. Had problems with my team at points, but hey we win or lose together so I won't blame the loss on any singular person. Glad to see my work infiltrating the town was appreciated though. I enjoyed that in particular very much. Wink

I thought of that but honestly was to worried about dying during the day. I also thought of it more as a back up plan. If i ever got voted for id claim thor but your way is so much better. But if i did do that and they tried to kill me at night, anyone who went after me in the day was def mafia. And anyone in the town would have found me a whole lot faster. hmm i guess i got really luck that cap and tony both wanted an alliance with me on the first day haha
